Five UC Cybersecurity Degrees Rank Among Top National Programs
Utica College ranks in top 43 among more than 2,000 institutions
Utica College (UC) has been recognized for five of its programs that ranked in the top percentage on a national scale. The ratings were provided by Intelligent.com, placing UC in the top 43 among 2,277 institutions for all five programs.
The recognition was given to three masters programs and two bachelors programs, all pertaining to cybersecurity specializations. The master of cybersecurity computer forensics program ranked the highest, coming in 17th place nationally.
According to its website, Intelligent.com uses an unbiased rating scale based on the quality of the curriculum, the graduation rate, and post-graduate employment, as well as student engagement and pricing. The scale is designed to help future students decide what program will work best for them, and help make the college decision process easier.
Utica College also holds the designation as a National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Education by the National Security Agency and the Department of Homeland Security, as well as recognition from the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center for its cybersecurity programs.
